Infield Systems has launched the first edition of the Gulf of Mexico Oil & Gas Infrastructure & Integrity Map To 2014. Publication coincides
with the first day of the Offshore Technology Conference 2010.
The Gulf of Mexico Oil & Gas Infrastructure & Integrity Map is an industry first as it highlights how all of the new deepwater discoveries will
be tied into and rely upon aging infrastructure and it shows the relative ages of the platforms and pipelines network. It also provides a regional
forecast for capital expenditure on deepwater, key operators, floating production, fixed platforms, subsea, pipelines, control lines and vessel
activity.
This new Gulf of Mexico map has been produced from the Infield Offshore EnergyGateway online mapping and GIS system and includes information from the
Offshore Energy Database and forecast expenditure, analysis and commentary from the OFFPEX Market Modelling and Forecasting System.
In addition to the Offshore Technology Conference the map will be distributed to the advertising companies and at Offshore Northern Seas, Subsea
Europe, Deep Offshore Technology and the Subsea Tie Backs Forum.
