It is with great sadness that Infield Systems Limited announce the death of its Chairman and Chief executive officer, Ray Whitfield, on August 15th 2009. His death followed a period of deteriorating health over the last few weeks. Ray Whitfield has been chairman of Infield Systems since it was founded and despite recent ill health has been a constant souce of advice and suggestion to his two sons and fellow directors Julian and Quentin Whitfield.

On August 10th 2009 Will Rowley, Infield's director of Analytical services, tendered his resignation letter to Ray Whitfield company Chairman. Will Rowley's resignation was accepted on Ray Whitfield's part by Quentin Whitfield. Will Rowley joins Acteon group as Group Analyst.
Over the last six years Infield has built up a very strong team of Analysts in multiple disiplines and continued expansion and diversification of Analytical Services are planned.
Infield Systems will be exhibiting at Offshore Europe in Aberdeen next month.
On the stand we will have the full suite of publications, GIS Services and database packages. In addition our senior staff will be on hand to discuss any data, publications and analytical study requirements that you might have.
We will also have on the stand FREE copies of new edition of the Asia Pacific Oil and Gas Activity Map. There is a limited number available so they will be given away on a first come first served basis.
